Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre (SHSC), known simply as Sunnybrook or Sunnybrook Hospital, is an academic health sciences centre located in Toronto, Ontario.

It is the largest trauma centre in Canada and is one of two major trauma centres in Toronto; the other is St. Michael's Hospital. Sunnybrook is a teaching hospital, fully affiliated with the University of Toronto.

The hospital is home to Canada’s largest Veterans Centre, located in the in Kilgour wing (K-Wing), and in the George Hees wing (L-Wing) of the hospital. There they care for World War II and Korean War veterans.

In 2015, Sunnybrook scientists were the first in the world to successfully, non-invasively open the blood-brain barrier.

Dr. Andy Smith was appointed President & CEO of Sunnybrook in 2017.
