Synthetic measure - statistical value that is the result of combining other measures.

Quality of service

There is a method to measure quality of service in hotels. In related study [1] authors aggregate tourist opinions, measured on a scale from 1 to 10. Synthetic measure (indicator) of service quality in each hotel is calculated with the help of the aggregation operator.

Information quality

There are scientific works [2][3][4] that describe method of quality assessment of Wikipedia articles using synthetic measure. The quality can be measured on a scale between 0 and 100.
