As a new form of knowledge production based on innovative networking technology, peer production has received considerable attention in both research and enterprises communities. [[Baidu]]pedia and [[Wikipedia]] are the most widely used peer production projects. Baidupedians and [[Wikipedians]] are the participants in the two projects, their motivations, behavior and how motivations influence behavior are acquired via an empirical study and literature research respectively, and are then compared.
