ChaCha is a new search engine that combines the qualities of Wikipedia, Yahoo Answers, and About.com to provide high-quality human-approved results. beings. The site offers users two ways to search, traditional algorithmic results or help from live guides. A user may submit queries to a guide, a real person who is skilled at finding information on the Internet and knowledgeable on the subject at hand. The guide sorts through the results. The guide goes through all the results and provides the exact answer to the users and offers higher-quality, human-approved results at free-cost. There are various players in the search-engine domain such as Google Answers, Yahoo! Answers, and Askville, but they are not as quick as ChaCha and also don't provide a guide's services for users. ChaCha promises that indexing all the questions asked, and associating them with the resources used by guides along with the links surfed by the users would help in making of a great search engine.
